@DannyGroner I jumped from an agency to in-house role 3 years ago. Biggest learnings:
1. Nobody cares about the deck
2. The only person at the agency actually creating value for the client is the associate. Everyone else all the way up to partner is defending their value to the client.
We need a paradigm shift from a data first world to what I call a #KnowledgeFirst world where context is at the center. The LLMs are large databases of text. Organizations need to define their large database of context in the form of knowledge graphs which integrate with LLMs
