Don’t ever book with @TUIUK @TUIGroup we had an all inclusive holiday to Elounda Breeze Hotel in Crete 20th June, due to it having a refurb there now saying it’s not going to be open for our dates! They have given us 6 days notice & will not let us do a straight exchange to FL 🤬
