My order has still not arrived on January 4th.
Tracking info indicates that it hasn't even been shipped yet. My emails to Victorian plumbing remain unanswered.

@bt_uk Just tried that...none of the options are relevant and whichever I chose there is a 20 minute wait to speak to someone...seriously...what sort of 'service' is this?

@bt_uk @bt_uk so...the 10th of December appointment came and went with no engineer showing up. Rescheduled for today and guess what? No engineer turned up? How is it ok that a vulnerable 96 year old should get such appalling service?

We have been told multiple different things. There are a number of other residents with phone lines in their rooms, why so hard for us?
