I booked an D2D service, when the delivery agent came to pick up the parcel, I wanted to cancel it and agent forcefully took it from my mother. There is no way to cancel on app or contact your customer service.

I took the so-called Tenant "Relax Plan" from No broker where a Relationship manager is supposed to shortlist and coordinate the flat visit.
But RM never picked the call, seems like it's a relax plan for the company and not customer.
