@CromaSupport The way u ruined my #diwali gift. I will not forget. No one told me in adv for issue. U just got ur sell and didn't understand the buyer side. Local vendors treat better then #croma. I have complaint it on email, on customer care but all in vain. I am pretty angry with service.

Booked a TV on 10 nov but they committed to deliver it till 12 nov (#Diwali). But I didn't recieve it. That was my family diwali gift but you ruined it 🥹.
I contact with support but they told for more 24-48 hrs.
Will not buy anything in future😑
