@virginmedia 1 of your complaint handlers just tried to coerce me in2 closing a complaint then hung up on me when I said I wouldn’t be happy with it being marked as resolved until an engineer visit had been completed. Is there anywhere I can escalate this 2 before the ombudsman?

I understand if they can’t accept returns. However these are 2 different medications with very different side effects & efficacy. Very concerning & potentially dangerous that a licensed pharmacist does not know the difference & is misinforming patients.

@BootsHelp think 1 of your pharmacists needs retrained 🫠 Asked 4 pseudoephedrine & was given Phenylephrine. when I tried to return (10 mins later) pharmacist refused return, argued firmly with me that they are the exact same thing and then almost refused to give me Sudafed 1/2
