@UTLsolar I had bought 8 panels out of which 4 have manufacturing defects & working improperly . After multiple follow ups just one that is burnt out in 10 days is being replaced and I am left with 3 panels working improperly. Cust care or escalation mgr isn't responding.

This is the status of 1 of 4 defective panels. For the remaining 3 even the complaint wasn't logged stating output is proper

@amazonIN i recently bought some items from Amazon pay later which got cancelled due to delivery issues. The paid amount has been refunded but the cashback amount I got from amazonPay later is listed upon 20% interest. Could you please help in getting it paid.
