I’m always open to collaborations! It would be great to have a unified processing library that could be used from any tool.

It would be nice to work with @haesleinhuepf, @ctrueden and the @FijiSc community to have platform independent CPU and GPU image processing... for example an FFT library, which could run on Cuda or OpenCL depending on what's available. (probably brings us back to imagej-ops)
