The German Author Karl May (1842–1912) once wrote a fictional novel called "Through wild Kurdistan".

In his Book he calls the Christians "of Kurdistan" Chaldeans or applies the term Nestorian to therm.

The Term Assyrian was not widespread used in the Near East at the time when he wrote the book. So he applied the original name Chaldean to the Christians.

Please read serious sources. There is no controversy about the Hurrian language in linguistics. It is for sure not related to Chechen or Kurdish.

It might be that based on old knowledge, sensational reasons, ideology or sheer stupidity someone would say Chechen is related to Hurrian. Stay away from fanatics, even when it pleases your agenda.
