@semanthide3 @DelmastroAndrea Veramente no, ho un master in neuroscienze da una delle migliori università del mondo, ma questo non importa. Resta la mia domanda, perché non mi risponde anziché deviare il discorso? Sto dicendo che se la legge è uguale anche la Ferragni dovrebbe essere indagata.

@PTinchi @DelmastroAndrea Le scuse non bastano però. Ci dovrebbe essere una udienza preliminare. Perché Delmastro sì e lei no? Nel caso della Ferragni ci sono prove schiaccianti quantomeno per provare a imputare una doppia frode. E nessun magistrato si smuove però?

@semanthide3 @DelmastroAndrea Esatto, e io mi chiederei il perché. Se Delmastro può essere rimandato a processo dal GUP quando la procura era contraria e con prove circostanziali, come minimo la Ferragni dovrebbe essere sottoposta a udienza preliminare per doppia imputazione di frode.

@andreavr1980 @jxgiuliano Non c’è bisogno di scaldarsi se la pensa diversamente. Se vuole possiamo dialogare e discutere gentilmente, ma moderi i toni. E ripeto, non penso che lei abbia effettivamente capito ciò che voglio dire. Prima di giudicare perché non mi chiede effettivamente se è quello che penso?
