@O2 absolutely shocking. Finally have got through twice to get sent a code twice to then enter it and get the 504 Gateway time-out message - what a shambles.

@EONhelp @ofgem @BBCWatchdog I’ve left my flat a month ago and in £400 credit. Because of a “system glitch” you can’t close my account and no ETA for a fix to your systems! You have final meter readings. I can’t get my flat deposit back which is a lot of money too. Please help.

@curryspcworld What’s frustrating, regardless of the situation your customer service is poor when through. Been on chat nearly an hour now including my wait for a real simple customer service query. And now your agent has gone AWOL not answering questions. Last reply nearly 20 minutes ago. Poor

Don’t ever stay at the @IndanaPalace Terrible customer service. Complained that people smoking inside and nothing done about. Lots of weddings here,expect lots of music and noise which is fine. Lots of shouting in the corridors until early morning by rude hotel guests. 1/10

@easyJet is there anyway to bagdrop earlier than 2 hours before flight? In Budapest Airport and flights not till 20:15. Original flight was earlier but got changed. Pleeeeeeeease help us out if possible so we can go through security.
