As scout recruiting for college it is hard from the recruiting perspective. The system doesn’t help them to sometimes the right decision. I believe the majority coming from coaches network that helped to take early decision based on trusted coaches references. Real scouting must have to check a pitcher at least 60 inning in a good competition and consistently test and other variables.

A position player must have at least 50 at bat vs good pitching . The challenge here is are the player having the right scouting approach? Are the parents being guide for this ?
