We’ve seen a few examples of poor leadership (🏈) over the last few days, so this is refreshing to see. Leadership can come in a variety of forms, but always showing respect and gratitude ESPECIALLY to those who may not put on a jersey on gameday definitely does not go unnoticed.
AZZI FUDD DID THIS IN FEWER GAMES THAN ANYONE ELSE 🤩🏀
Despite having her rookie season cut short due to knee surgery, the No. 1 pick still dominated and made a solid impact for @DallasWings through 30 games.
@azzi_35 played fewer games than other top rookies and STILL led the pack in steals. 🥷
Does she still get your vote for All-Rookie & All-Defensive teams? 👑
The inside woman… what’s a heist without the princess?

Thinking about how Brie Larson hugged every single sexual assault survivor as they walked off the stage after their performance at the Oscars 2016- where she also won the oscar for best actress

“Azzi Fudd should be in conversation for all defense.”
“I agree.”
“No question about it. One of the most impactful defenders we have in this league. Not rookies, not early, not newbies, in general. Tough defender.”
I love this defensive stop. Paige had just missed a shot that could’ve sealed the game (rare) and Azzi was not going at all….. stuck to BC like glue.. best backcourt duo ever. Paige sighed with relief when that buzzer sounded
Azzi played with so much grit this year on the defensive end. Future DPOY for sure 😮💨
