@AskNationwide I've spoken to customer service via the chat on the banking app too and they are just as little help! Who can I talk to that can actually help me get my money back please after your ATM failed and took my deposit with no proof?

One of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?!

@linkinpark at wembley should've been an epic experience but it was totally ruined by the worst sound setup ever up for level 5. Couldn't make out a single word over the loud echoes. So disappointing 😔

@SAS Our luggage to Tromso was delayed by 1.5 days. We arrived during the worst snowstorm in years in severe adverse weather...with our thermal weatherproof trousers in our luggage. My husband and I had to buy a new pair quickly due to the weather and tours we had booked 1/2
