@idebpalash @artic_ai Tried Opal on Windows but it didn't load any video. Left a note on the Issues list on github with logs screenshot. I'd love to get it working.
@hasantoxr Good list but you missed LM Studio and vLLM.
LM Studio is very easy to use with lots of features, GUI, chat, model library, iOS app.
For blazing speeds, go for vLLM. It takes a little tinkering but leaves other engines behind in raw speed and parallel execution.
someone kindly reached out and asked for systems engineering resources so I shared my top recommended repos and resources they should skim though and familiarize themselves with.
I figured more people could benefit from this list, so I explained and linked them below:
@RudyHuyn Make a Windows laptop last as much as a MacBook on battery with full normal usage. Windows laptops last 1-2 hours and always give battery anxiety.
@RudyHuyn This is quite useful and what I had in mind. I like that it allows app list customization and app downloads. Is it available now and how to access it?
@RudyHuyn A simple scenario could be taking a screenshot and sharing it with any relevant/appropriate app or trigerring an action through a context menu. Other could be right clicking any file and doing the same.
The Blindsight device from Neuralink will enable even those who have lost both eyes and their optic nerve to see.
Provided the visual cortex is intact, it will even enable those who have been blind from birth to see for the first time.
To set expectations correctly, the vision will be at first be low resolution, like Atari graphics, but eventually it has the potential be better than natural vision and enable you to see in infrared, ultraviolet or even radar wavelengths, like Geordi La Forge.
Much appreciated, @US_FDA!
