Excited to mentor at the XRP Ledger Hackathon in NYC!
Can't wait to see what the builders bring to the table.

Yesterday, I organized my first @fhenix workshop with @bsaepfl. We had a great time discovering FHE and @fhenix's CoFHE, everyone was excited about the tech! 🍕 We then grabbed pizzas together and had a blast discussing the workshop and what's next!
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple I mean right now it’s an internal chaos in the US with states each choosing different architectures and standards x) but at the ens interoperability is needed especially inside the same country
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple PoC is already working since months using European & Swiss Digital Identity Wallets, we are right now try to add support for US credentials but as the US are not really on the forefront for this it’s we are waiting
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple Ill let you know as I’m working on digital identity project for quite a while now and we are building a solution right now using national identity systems for on-chain identity and verifications still letting the user holds his docs
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple Of course I completely agree that at the end trust comes from a trusted entity, the document should come from a entity such as the government but then you van apply more SSI principles behind
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple I know that the amendment is live I’ve been using it since also but in your whitepaper you mention generated uuid while the did standard on the xrpl uses the format did:xrpl:yourAddress. You’re not using DID Document either here and credentials anywhere so I’m not seeing DIDs
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple I agree that you can have a second entity managing but here it looks more like a normal offchain solution. not using the power of DIDs on chain, not using signed credentials, im not convinced by the architecture but still thats a cool projet you’re working on :)
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple But how is it decentralized here if the Robot Notary becomes the Trust Anchor ? Because we first cannot ensure the validity of a document with pictures/video if not using VCs/mdl. Then any sensitive documents shouldnt be uploaded anywhere, the goal is attributes presentation
@AverageJohnEVR@Ripple I think I’m missing something on the video here ?_?
How do you verify documents ? Here you’re not using VCs or MDLs. How did you do the DID Auth here ? Did you use the XRPL DID Resolver ? Why using NFT on chain later and not a Credential ? Where are the keys used ?
@msvadari@ShortTheFOMO Having been reviewed by Mayukha on an XRPL DID Resolver PR, I 100% confirm that with all the stuff I had to correct for my first PR haha 😄
