Awful ‘service’ from @thameswater Reported sewage in my garden 7.5 hours ago. Promise of investigation in 2 hours. called 4 times at 20:50 now. Garden awful. House smells of said sewage. can’t even flush mine away for the forseable. Not sanitary standards
