@British_Airways I received an email from you asking me to contact you about a booking for a cancelled flight but when trying to call I am told you are busy you simply disconnect the call. How else can I contact you given I can’t do it online? I have also tried WhatsApp.
@LNRailway It’s a shame your post on the upgrade doesn’t even mention how the investment will improve reliability. Train in tip-top condition that are stuck in the depot don’t get people to work on time.
@LNRailway Morning, I raised a request for a gold card to be sent out following a purchase of an annual ticket on a smart card. My local ticket office have said they can’t help and I have raised a ticket over a month ago and have not heard back. Can you help!
It’s a shame that @JohnLewisRetail customer call centre can’t resolve issues with their rewards and app. I am not sure what the point of a customer service number where they don’t seem to be able to deal with customer issues effectively. Very frustrating in this day and age.
