1. 500세대 이상
2. 4층 이상 탑층 제외
3. 21년 전고점 대비 가격 변화
- 전고점 돌파했으면 좋은 곳
- 전고대비 10% 정도 떨어졌으면 더 오를 수 있는 곳
4. 23년 하락기(상반기) 이후 지속 가격이 상승하고 있는지?
-안올랐으면 앞으로도 오르기 힘들다고 보면 됨
5. 주변 신축 아파트와 환경, 학군을 공유하는지?
6. 1~2달 이내 5건 이상 거래가 있는지?
7. 전세가격이 최근 2년 동안 상승하고 있는지?
8. 신혼부부들이 선호하는 지역인지?
- 신혼부부가 지금 시장에서 가장 핵심 수요
9. 업무지구까지 대중교통으로 이용가능한지?
10. 전세가율은 55~60% 이내인지?

7. 부동산 지인
지도로 나와있어서 전반적인 전세가율, 평당가, 매매, 전세 증감률 파악하기가 좋음 좀 더 디테일하게 보려면 모바일보다 PC버전으로 보길 추천함
특히 공급 분야에서 디테일하게 확인가능함

8. 부동산 계산기
필수 프롭테크 중 하나로 부동산 세금 관련 이거 하나면 끝.
가상 투자할 때도 매우 유용하게 쓰고 있음

9. 직방
최근 업데이트된 기능으로 매도 할 때 부동산에 직접 일일이 전화해서 매물을 올려야했으나 직방에 매물만 올려놓으면 한 번에 모든 부동산에 매물 등록 가능할 수 있게됨. 또한 신축 아파트 분양 현황 파악하기 매우 좋음.

NGL -- couple rough weeks after hitting an ATH around $22m

-currently on our third 80% drop since we CTO'd the first CTO, down to $4.5m

-I've stayed in sicko mode regardless, posting hundreds of times a day. You'd think my phone would autocorrect the word "supercycle" at this point, right!?

-we pumped hard during @rasmr_eth's first twitch stream in which he revealed we were the subject of a bullish Bonk Guy tweet back in early October (Bonk Guy was right btw)

-a handful of early holders sold into the pump, no big deal and people are free to trade how they please. A lot of them absolutely crushed it with chill guy so I'd like to think we at least helped a couple people on their journey to making it

-we've been good about having new content to post everyday. It really is a fun project to meme and has almost unlimited directions you can go with it

-BTC hovering around $100k without breaking it made people feel more bearish than things actually are. Corrections are totally normal and, given the amount of bullish things happening right now around crypto, I think it's crazy to position as if we're about to enter a prolonged bearish period

-I think supercycle (real) does better than most memecoins in market uptrends and worse than most memecoins in downtrends. Makes sense since we're a meme based on a market cycle impervious to normal boom/bust dynamics

-first merch run should arrive in a couple days, pretty psyched

-have averaged around 5000 holders recently, think it's legitimately good luck to hold even just one supercycle (real) token in your wallet

I know I'm not supposed to post charts, but I do feel like we're now probably where the green arrow is pointed at after the last blow-off top

We've been gaining more and more committed people contributing daily and distribution is much better than it was previously

My advice-- buy supercycle (real) before markets reverse back towards ATH's and everyone starts saying it again, the supercycle is unironically real and is just beginning
