@nofrillsCA not the best customer service at this location on confederation. No one was willing to check to see if they had our basic milk at the back and I can see it in the crates in the back! They just simply replied that no one is working to check. Wow.

@amazon I just spent 49 mins on the phone with an agent to tell me something I received after coming home from work. Damaged. But was told I needed to go through extended warranty. (Asurion). What???? I literally just bought and received the item today.
@AmazonHelp Hello Amazon. It was shipped and sold by Amazon. What was intrusive was that they said my credit card wasn’t working for an exchange and redirected me to call my bank. Which I did and confirmed it was fine and there was no attempted charges that was rejected.
@AmazonHelp Then, I explained to the CS agent that I don’t think that’s the correct process to call (Asurion) to claim warranty after literally just receiving the order??? I then asked to speak to someone like a supervisor to confirm that this is the correct procedure.
