Spot on. The worst part is the absolute lack of value for money. You pay premium prices for a train that’s delayed, a hotel that hasn’t been updated since 1998, and a £2 bottle of water that was sitting in a fridge that barely works. The UK is just a subscription service where the features keep getting removed while the price doubles.
