@KLM@AirFranceKLM horrible experience on KLM flight KL1355. None of the baggages were loaded on the plane. Pilot told this while leaving for the runway. Now we don’t have baby food or clothes
@KLM@AirFranceKLM@KLM@AirFranceKLM You guys can’t even provide the status of the luggage. It has been close to 20 hours and no update. you cant tell the status let alone deliver it. The pilot told us while leaving for runway that luggage was not loaded..still took off!

@bookingcom absolutely horrible service. Have been calling you guys for 3 days now to make a change to the ticket. Every time you guys are giving me a different message and in the latest call you are refusing to help! Pathetic
