In 2009 the Obama administration assessed the viability of re-employing a Bush-era pilot program that unearthed widespread immigration fraud. It found that as many as 87 percent of applications claiming familial relationship were fraudulent. If the reports are ultimately found true, the immigration consequences would be severe, including loss of citizenship and the institution of removal proceedings. Moreover, there may be no defenses to removal in an immigration court setting to stop her deportation. https://t.co/UsjjxczcLk
How many deportation cases have you handled?
There is no statute of limitations for fraud in the immigration context.
If she was ineligible for the immigration benefit sought (derivative citizenship), not only would she not be a United States citizen, but she would be subject to the institution of removal proceedings and once removed permanently inadmissible.
🚨 COUNTRY MUSIC FIRESTORM:
Legendary country music star Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn has sparked a massive national debate with a blunt statement on immigration and national values.
In a fiery speech, Dunn declared that the country would be better off if all Somalis were deported, specifically calling out Representative Ilhan Omar and labeling her a threat to the Constitution.
While critics immediately condemned the remarks as xenophobic, supporters are rallying behind him, arguing that he finally voiced what millions are thinking.
Do you agree with Ronnie Dunn's hardline comments?
YES or NO?
If you ever feel like the world would be better off without you, remember Jeremiah 29:11.
God didn’t wake you up this morning by accident.
Your story isn’t over. Your purpose hasn’t expired. And no matter how heavy life gets, God is not finished with you yet.
As long as there’s breath in your lungs, there’s still a purpose for your life.
Of course he didn’t receive treatment FROM Linder Center of HOPE, as that is just the facility where people would receive treatment.
People there get treatment FROM (wait for it)…
“Lindner Center of Hope Professional Associates” A separate 501c3 that has the following mission statement on its Form 990 for 2024–
“TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGICAL, PSYCHIATRIC AND MEDICAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITIES SERVED BY THE LINDNER CENTER OF HOPE.” Link: https://t.co/e6KCGvmjrV
Maybe some folks can ask some questions about whether Jane’s Talarico received treatment FROM “Lindner Center of Hope Professional Associates” while he was AT “Linder Center for HOPE.”

Edward is one of the wisest men I've ever met, which is all the more impressive given his own age.
When DOGE hired him, he was a teenage genius whose maternal grandfather had been executed by KGB.
I'm merely a middle aged nobody.
It's an extraordinary honor to have him write the foreword to Unelected, and an equally amazing honor to have the words "Big Balls" on the cover of my very first book.
Michael Baumann is a friend who asked me to review his very first novel: Michael M. Baumann’s debut Kane & Mei Lin: The Turning. From the first chapter, Michael brings you in a room with the story. He does not pile on description, He gives you just enough detail that the scene forms around you, and makes you feel present with what is happening rather than watching from a distance.
Once the story starts carrying you from one continent to another, it is hard to put down. Michael’s sense of those places feels cosmopolitan rather than sketched in from the outside. Cultures are not a back drop.
This is his first book, and the first of the Kane Chronicles. It already reads like the opening of a larger journey. I highly recommend the book.
