Absolutely gutted with @pumafootball @PUMA customer service. Brought my son new @ManCity kit with @PhilFoden name and number on back it arrives Saturday with no name or number. Have paperwork stating personalisation puma have said send top back get refund order again!!! Not fair!

Been waiting on a response from a complaint I wrote to @jet2tweets since Aug. Got update in oct still looking into it not heard a thing since. It was rubbish honeymoon. You no longer have that hotel on your website so something happened!! Looking for next years hoilday @TUIUK.
