I dropped below my lowest weight, yet I looked as if I was 10kg heavier because I lost a LOT of muscle . With a consistent strength training regime & large amount of daily protein I went from 22% body fat to 17% body fat WEIGHING MORE looking & feeling fucking awesomeee

Being and feeling strong will always always be better than thin and weak . Eat hella protein, resistance train enough and you won't need to restrict your eating so much. Your body will burn calories on its own and life will be fuller while you look and FEEL better than ever
