@RonDeSantis Municipalities are gonna run with this as reason they continue fumbling the neglected inadequate, poorly designed,planned and maintained infrastructure…
STORM WATER in particular. Dade commercial taxes will cover any shortfall.
Broward is fucked.. keep your 🛶 handy 🌊 🌊 🌊
@mcuban Haven’t seen a dime from any payer missing their MLR 80% 🎯 … how is this possible with member cost sharing at insane levels to where the payer is basically off the hook and pocketing 12 months worth of premiums??
@mcuban There are better health insurance examples for applying market principles, discussing choice/price..not MA. From a member POV, it’s $0 OOP, cheaper than straight A/B/D, & the enrollment hack is dominated by daytime TV infomercials. Every other ins co game is pure govt theft
@operationdanish Love this analogy. 7/11-lowest crap days old food; fast food drive through-you know what ur getting, but still crap. Food court-good variety under one roof-slightly less crappy. Then the local joint where they know ur name & the food 💯 good, like mom. No Michelin ⭐️ but who gaf
@CodeByPoonam Nobody goes to the ER and leaves there happy with a diagnosis. The only outcome measure worthy of hyping is a little detail called treatment.
Give two chefs, two home cooks, two AI agents a recipe creation prompt then tell me if anyone gives a shit. No. How. Does. It. Taste ?!??
@operationdanish Agree. Got the BAA signed sealed. The instance is separate from your normal pro/plus account… land because docs are people with interests outside of academic journals, it’ll keep me posted on the draft. OE frustratingly stays in its lane, amongst a laundry list of shortcomings
@joshuapliu OpenEvidence vs openAI:
No BAA
No API
No skills or (eventually) full plugins for EHR’s
OE won’t tell me who got drafted last night or anything else that affects my day.
@bmorecardiology@OpenAI@Microsoft How did you train it with your own data? Why transcripts vs other sources? I’m still enjoying the BAA they signed for me
