@Telstra gold member support is a joke. A mistake has been made and my 40gb mobile data allowance has been changed to 10gb, run out, and slowed. After a week of complaints, it's 3-5 business days to fix something I pay for and they are not providing due to severe incompetence
@Telstra The data was changed because the 4g backup on my home internet didn't work and their solution was to tether my mobile data with a daily reset of 10gb - which didn't work. Noting that change was made instantly, and somehow reverting it takes weeks? Apparently
@Telstra@googledownunder buyer beware, promotion regarding free watch with purchase of pixel 7 pro. @Telstra does not provide adequate documentation to obtain the watch through Google store. And is unwilling to send a simple receipt with details. Scam

@Optus@NBN_Australia this is the problem with Telco customer service, not understanding that the nbn connection biz has nothing to do with a wifi network. Ridiculous. THE NBN IS DOWN
@Optus@NBN_Australia still experiencing dropouts and cannot wfh properly. I'm sure Optus will reply with send us a dm but then ignore the dm. At least I can tether to my phone data with another provider. Goodbye Optus have had enough of you and your service issues
@Optus Your status page shows no outages however there is clearly an issue the past couple of days where there have been no issues for months. Stop pretending you don't know there is an issue, I'll just go back to another provider
Do not shop direct with @neuw_denim, asked for refund items taking too long, only then get a shipping notice, told too late for a refund it's shipped already, tracking still doesn't work a day later. In store staff apologizes for the online team, apparently loads of complaints.
