@united's Status Match program is rigged. I gave up 5+ yrs of @SouthwestAir A-list Preferred to fly 10 qualifying flights on UA in 3 mo's instead of the 6 required. Somehow missed the PQP goal by 31 pts. Can't have a conversation of logic with anyone there & am in full regret.
