My darling small biz owners (and some of the giants): I know you’re freaking out along with the rest of us, but if you’re going to send #crisiscomms:

1) don’t make it into a sales pitch - have empathy, care, compassion and ask for support if that’s what you’re doing

3) If you’re trying to make sales - especially in hospitality - be SUPER CLEAR in what you’re offering, how it can help (you and them), and exactly how to get it - “go to our website” is not enough. Make it as easy as possible to buy from you.
