@walshmegc @ToastTab @elotouch The first rep I spoke to last week went through all the normal steps to see if it would fix the issue. Then comes back to me and says it’s a “known issue” and they’re working on a fix. Now that “fix” is to force their loyal customers to purchase ends hardware!
