As long as Civil or all the costs are included in PSDP, or charged to water users (Agri), it's fine. But Solar+BESS is still cheap 😄

@brief_pk I believe it’s a positive move by the government. If we can install solar panels on our rooftops and connect them to a 24-hour battery backup, who really needs power from the big hydel power whose capacity payment will haunt us for another 2 decades
