Say whatever you want, but honestly, I now feel the protests in Punjab are quite justified. If Ram rahim can get parole every third day , why can’t a person seeking to meet his ailing mother get the same consideration. One thing I genuinely believe now: justice feels like a joke for the common man, while the law becomes a joke when the person is influential.
Here lies the corpse of #democracy, the desecrated cadaver of the promise once made by the founder of modern-day India to the #Sikh community that they would be protected, given autonomy, and freedom. Here in this video, you see the literal death of that promise. #khalsapanth
Today in #Sikh History:
On this day in 1986, Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda and Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha, members of the Khalistan Commando Force, deliver justice to General Vaidya, the head of the Indian army during the attack on the Sri Harimandar Sahib Complex and the subsequent Battle of Amritsar of June 1984.
Sukha and Jinda, as they are popularly known, were also involved in delivering justice to perpetrators of the genocide of November 1984 and other Indian government officials responsible for human rights abuses against Sikhs. Sukha and Jinda were later captured, tried, and executed by the Indian state. They remained in chardi kala (soaring spirit of optimism and joy) until their last, never apologizing for what they did, stating they had a moral obligation to deliver justice to those who had harmed Sikhs.

You can go to Delhi and speak against the RSS and BJP. But when it comes to what's happening in Punjab and the role of the RSS there, you suddenly go silent.
After Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, AAP leader Manish Sisodia arrived at Jantar Mantar., but students began protesting against him too

Visited Barnala hospital to meet the victims of @PunjabPoliceInd brutality and stand in solidarity with them.
The @INCPunjab strongly condemns the inhumane treatment meted out to them by the @AAPPunjab govt. We stand firmly with every ‘Rabb Da Banda’. Congress has always fought for workers’ rights and will continue to do so.
Those responsible will be held accountable. We will demand answers, and we will fight until justice is delivered.
