Today, we remember one of our fallen. Acting Sergeant J. Cameron McMurrich, who gave the ultimate sacrifice on this day in 1968 when he was was overpowered by 5 persons and shot with his own service firearm. @HamiltonPolice #HamOnt #HeroesInLife

Good morning from day 2 of #460km! Our first leg of the day is on the road from Cobourg. Runners will be making their way through communities such as #Belleville, #Napanee and #Kingston as they journey to Ottawa. If you see them along the way, give them a wave and cheer them on!
