Coach Sundance Wicks shut down his own assistant mid-conditioning because he doesn’t want coaches to be the only leadership voice in the building.

College basketball is player-led, and if you can’t hold a teammate accountable or be held accountable yourself, coaches will find someone on the roster who can.
