After hours of using Claude (Haiku & Opus) try to fix code it made I ran out of credits. Sent the file to Gemini. In ~20mins Gemini had the problem fixed. Basically 'one shotted' the bug that somehow Claude missed. Claude is good, Gemini is great. Will keep paying for both.

@awesomekling the thing about AI code is you have to be a OK coder already, who can understand what is happening & is using AI like a "fast forward" button. Ive used AI heavily for coding and Im constantly revising the code it provides, removing extra bloat, and adding other stuff in.

@indyjonas BBS and ansi art were very cool. I think my first modem was 28.8 - later with win98 there was a problem with 'software' modems that offloaded their logic into DLLs & RAM instead of having the usual onboard chips to do the processing. Really sucked for a lot of ppl.
