@eptwts Emphasis on "repetitive." A common trap I've fallen into multiple times was automating and "scaling" too early on in a new project, which made me go crazy not knowing how to automate every move, without even knowing WHAT moves to make.

As in, how they can see direct correlations between their real-life behaviors and the scores, and actually take high-confidence next actions?
