met a woman in marbella making $68,000/month replying to google reviews
not writing them
not getting them
replying to them
"thank you for your kind words we appreciate your feedback"
340 times a month
340 property management clients paying her $200/month each
to type slightly different versions of "thanks for the review"
no ads, website, content or personal brand
she sends one cold email:
"you have 50 google reviews and havent replied to a single one. every unanswered review costs you roughly 9% of potential tenants. want me to handle all your review responses for $200/month?"
thats the pitch
thats the whole business
one stat that scares property managers turned into $68K/month
she hired 2 VAs in the philippines at $600/month each to do the actual replies
total overhead: $1,200
net profit: $66,800/month
from replying to google reviews
heres why nobody competes with her:
the task is so boring that nobody thinks its a business
no one wakes up and says "i want to build a company that replies to google reviews"
but every property manager knows they should reply and never does because its low priority and tedious
$200/month is nothing to a company collecting $50-200K in rent
but unanswered reviews silently eating their occupancy rate is a real problem
she didnt sell a service but the removal of a task they were too busy to do themselves
at a price so low that saying no felt dumb
and the churn is almost zero because who cancels a $200/month service that runs itself
the formula:
- find a boring recurring task every business in one niche ignores
- prove it costs them money to ignore it
- charge so little the decision is automatic
- deliver with cheap labour so margins stay above 90%
- stack hundreds of clients because nobody cancels
same formula that built the $2.4M/year dentist compliance business
same formula running the $3.1M portable toilet empire
the most profitable businesses are always the ones nobody wants to brag about
stop building things that sound cool on twitter
start finding the boring task nobody will do for the wealthy customer who will gladly pay to never think about it again
There are many powerful prayers to Saint Joseph. One particular prayer has been passed down over the centuries as a means of protection from enemies, sudden death, drowning, poison, and more.
According to the Pieta prayer book, the protection prayer of Saint Joseph “was found in the 50th year of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
Tradition says,
“In 1505, it was sent from the pope to Emperor Charles when he was going into battle. Whoever shall read this prayer or hear it or keep it about themselves, shall never die a sudden death or be drowned, nor shall poison take effect on them; neither shall they fall into the hands of the enemy or be burned in any fire or be overpowered in battle. It has seldom been known to fail.”
It is also traditionally prayed as a nine-day novena.
The prayer received an imprimatur from Bishop Hugh C. Boyle of the Diocese of Pittsburgh in 1950.
Prayer to Saint Joseph for Protection:
Oh Saint Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires.
Oh Saint Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession and obtain for me from your divine son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ, our Lord; so that having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers.
Oh Saint Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms. I dare not approach while he reposes near your heart. Press Him in my name and kiss his fine head for me, and ask him to return the kiss when I draw my dying breath.
Saint Joseph, patron of departing souls, pray for us.
Amen.

Ben Bollinger absolutely dismantles the low tier "honorifics" argument of @Alex_Ortodoxie and pretty much every Eastern Orthodox apologist makes.
Please note that this blog post isn't for those looking for 10 second "killshots" and "cooking" an interlocutor. This is for serious truth seekers.

How to Confess Sexual Sins: A Guide to a Sincere & Healing Confession🇻🇦
(Mortal Sins Do Not Expire)
Confession is a powerful sacrament of healing, offering God’s mercy & grace to those who repent. Among the sins people struggle with, sexual sins can be particularly difficult to confess due to shame or fear. However, God’s love is greater than any sin, & He invites us to seek His forgiveness with a sincere heart.
Understanding Sexual Sins
Sexual sins fall under the Sixth & Ninth Commandments: “You shall not commit adultery” & “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife.” These sins involve actions or thoughts that misuse the gift of human sexuality, which God designed for marriage. Here are some of the most common sexual sins:
1. Lust
Lust is the disordered desire for sexual pleasure outside of God’s plan. It turns people into objects for gratification rather than respecting them as persons made in God’s image.
2. Pornography
Viewing or consuming pornographic content distorts the purpose of sexuality, promotes impurity, & can lead to addiction, damaging relationships & one’s view of love.
3. Masturbation
This act involves seeking sexual pleasure alone, which contradicts the self-giving nature of love that sexuality is meant to express. The Catechism acknowledges factors that may reduce guilt (like habit or immaturity), but it remains a sin.
4. Premarital Sex (Fornication)
Sex outside of marriage goes against God’s design for intimacy to be a total self-giving within the sacrament of matrimony. It often leads to emotional & spiritual wounds.
5. Adultery
Being unfaithful to one’s spouse violates the sacred bond of marriage & breaks trust, harming families & relationships.
6. Homosexual Acts
While the Church teaches that persons with same-sex attraction must be treated with dignity & love, engaging in homosexual acts is considered sinful because they are not open to life & the complementarity of male & female.
7. Contraception
The use of artificial means to prevent conception separates the unitive & procreative aspects of marital love, contradicting God’s plan for sexuality.
8. Prostitution
Selling or buying sexual services reduces the dignity of the person to an object of pleasure, exploiting human weakness.
9. Rape & Sexual Abuse
These gravely sinful acts violate human dignity & cause deep trauma to victims. Justice & reparation must accompany confession in such cases.
10. Impure Thoughts & Desires
Entertaining sexual fantasies or desires that are not directed toward one’s spouse in marriage can be sinful when done deliberately.
20k retweets plus 1000 compliments for me under this thread and I give this random guy 1million.

Bots ignored.
Luis, I don’t know you - let’s see if your fellow man wants your life to change.
@GodofWarnyc@stella_maris9 You disrespect and blaspheme our Lord Jesus yet you will have to give an account to him one day, may he have mercy on your soul
It took me about 10 years longer than @SahilBloom to arrive at similar conclusions. Highly recommend you read and digest as you think about starting 2026 strong.
I’m reading The Mystical City of God.
In it, the Blessed Virgin Mary tells Mary of Agreda a spiritual exercise SHE HERSELF did every single day.
Mary is the holiest creature to ever exist. How can we not imitate this? This is the pearl of great price!
So, what did she do? 🧵
