@BoschUK unbelievably poor customer service. Our machine has been overheating & running colours since we bought it. An engineer ordered parts to come for 3 weeks. No news 6 weeks later. Whenever I contact Bosch they offer no solution. They just say ‘the part isn’t available.’

@ADT is up there with the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Every agent I talk to is rude&quotes me different prices. My contract had errors in it so I couldn’t sign. Now waiting for it to be fixed all while my alarm has been going off.They won’t send an engineer. Ideal 👌
