Per my local police department, Flock charges approximately $3000/year per camera.
So American taxpayers are spending $349,671,000 per year to be constantly monitored. Most Americans are unaware this is happening.
@therealDeFlock
So the guy who gutted the U.S. Forest Service, fired 1000 park rangers and National Park staff, removed or weakened environmental protections on natural lands, repealed the Endangerment Finding which helps regulate greenhouse gases and limit vehicle emissions...
has something to say about the smoke from Canada's wildfires?
F*ck that.
Climate change.
Canada’s boreal forest is far north.
Most parts of it only reach 64F (18C) averages in the heat of the summer.
Its density and climate also means it gets very little evaporation compared to its rainfall, and is subject to frost 9 months of the year, and heavy fog the rest of the time.
This kept this biome very humid, kept soil damp, and left most of the low level foliage coated in dew all day long.
Some parts of the forest even had thick levels of permafrost beneath the topsoil that on rare hot days would seep water back into the ecosystem.
Just as many wildfires started by lightning strike in previous decades as now.
The difference is they struggled to catch and spread in this damp environment.
Now extreme dry weather, record breaking heat, northern thaw, erode that protective moisture barrier, leaving the boreal forest vulnerable especially in the more southern parts.
Boreal forests previously went through this process naturally when an over density caused a drier environment you’d get high-intensity crown fires that were cyclical. Every 50-200 years depending on region.
Now we get them annually.
Boreal forest fires are much more severe than others too. The long history of cyclical burns means the soil contains charcoal, the thick multi-layer foliage adds fodder and causes the fire to spread quickly, and pine, spruce, and aspens are all some of the trees with both the most density and the best for wood burning.
It results in towering forest fires of immense heat and rapid spread.
These forests are denser than anything else in North America or Europe, and the current fire in Ontario alone, is the same square mileage as the entire state of Delaware.
From the time it ignited, to covering that size, took less than 20 hours.
While some in the US still think climate change is a hoax, we are all going to deal with the consequences of it, as we’ve turned the largest forest in the world into a tinder box, and fires in less than 0.01% of it drowns the entire continent in smoke.
The explosive diarrhea outbreak is exposing the system:
Whole Foods has the same lettuce supplier as Walmart and Taco Bell but charges ~60% more.
The supply chains behind national “health” stores and your cheapest big box retailer are often the exact same.
Taylor Farms supplies lettuce to places like Taco Bell, Walmart, and Whole Foods simultaneously.
And they control over 57% of the entire chopped salad kit market in America, producing roughly 1 in 3 salads consumed across the US and Canada.
The story goes further than lettuce.
Sprouts Farmers Market, a chain built entirely on the image of small farm sourcing and natural food integrity, confirmed to a customer that Tyson and Perdue supply its private label chicken.
The same Tyson that processes roughly one in every five pounds of all meat sold in the United States.
The same Perdue whose supplier was documented with birds too sick to walk.
Industrial suppliers are often hiding behind the “Farmers Market” label.
The premium you pay at grocers like Whole Foods or Sprouts is not always buying you a different supply chain which is why I’ve permanently switched to buying from local independent farmers in my area on Localize.
The food system revolution is just beginning.
BREAKING: SORRY PETE! The Navy's top Blue Angels pilot HUMILIATES Hegseth by admitting that the incredibly dangerous beach flyover was "unsafe" despite the MAGA narrative.
This is what accountability sounds like...
"Obviously, you guys have gotten a lot of attention from yesterday, including from Pete Hegseth, who says, keep flying flyovers. So, talk a little bit about that incident and then what you do afterwards, if anything," a reporter said to Navy Captain Adam Bryan.
"Yeah, so, you know, every flight we do, whether it goes incredibly well or we don't have the best flight, we look at it, we debrief it every day," Bryan replied.
"During yesterday's circling arrival maneuvers, one of our pilots found himself over the beach line, over a crowd in an unsafe situation," he continued. "The safety of our flight demonstration, the safety of the crowd that goes out there and watch it every day, is the utmost of what we do. We work day in and day out and very hard from the start of our training to ensure safety is paramount for everything."
The incident in question has horrified aircraft experts because it could have easily resulted in a mass casualty event. Blue Angels' jets flew incredibly low over a packed beach in Pensacola Beach, Florida, risking a collision with the ground.
Footage of the flyover showed children screaming, crouching down, and covering their ears in terror. The displaced air from the F/A-18 Hornet — which weighs 30,000 pounds and is capable of reaching speeds of over 500 mph — displaced objects all across the beach, including umbrellas that could have easily impaled the spectators.
And that's not even the worse case scenario.
If just one thing had gone wrong with the tilt of the plane or the pilot's handling, that massive fuel-filled hunk of metal could have exploded into the audience, shredding through innocent people with shrapnel and flames.
While some of the beachgoers present clearly enjoyed the show, blissfully unaware of just how close they had come to death, there's absolutely no excuse for this kind of gung-ho behavior. Navy pilots are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols because it only takes one small mistake for tragedy to strike.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, eager to "own the libs" and callous as usual towards the possible loss of human life, took to X to decree that "the flyovers will continue until morale improves."
This is what happens when you put an alcoholic Fox News host obsessed with "masculinity" in charge of the Pentagon. His deeply insecure need to be seen as tough and patriotic causes him to support the most dangerous, stupid behavior imaginable.
Thankfully, Captain Bryan isn't afraid to admit the truth—
"So, we'll have a heavy review of what happened yesterday to ensure that, one, we don't put ourselves in unsafe situations again, and two, that we learn from it," he added. "And that's the most important thing that we do from anything that happens out there, is that we learn from the things that go on and we make ourselves better every day."
Do you support a full review and investigation of the flyover?
Please ❤️ and share if you think that Pete Hegseth is an overgrown manchild!
What was painfully obvious from Trump's primetime address is that he doesn't give a single fuck about the American people — only about himself.
The corrupt conman's entire speech was a self-serving infomercial designed for one purpose: gaslighting the country into believing his premeditated assault on the Constitution, the rule of law, and American democracy ahead of the midterms is somehow justified.
Pure projection. Pure narcissism. Pure danger.
There is NOTHING more sinister than a government preparing the ground to declare their opponents domestic terrorists in order to hold onto power.
This man represents the worst among us. He knows what Trump is doing is wrong, he knows what Trump is doing is causing immeasurable reputational damage for the US on the world stage, but his own hubris and ambition forces him to defend the indefensible, and indulge in baseless fear tactics.
He is a despicable, traitorous and vile character who is willing to sacrifice his own values and those of the country he swore an oath to serve at the altar of a criminal corrupt pathological liar and adjudicated rapist, in furtherance of personal ambition.
Shame on him.i don’t know how he sleeps at night. Other than upside down in a cave.

BREAKING: The last month has cemented Trump's status as the most corrupt president in American history. It's not even close.
CNN found that Trump’s money managers made at least 44 stock purchases in 21 companies within a week before he praised those companies, their executives, or their products on Truth Social.
CNBC reported that Trump’s account bought up to $5 million in Axon stock just two weeks before ICE sought a $220 million Taser contract. Axon also sells Skydio police drones now at the center of alarming revelations about police surveillance and exposed footage that violates the privacy rights of American citizens.
Meanwhile, Trump’s media company is pitching Wall Street firms $100,000-a-month access to his market-moving posts faster than the public can receive them.
Trump promised to drain the swamp. Instead, he has turned the presidency into a personal stock tip, a vehicle for profiting off government contracts, and a paywalled data feed for Wall Street.
This is corruption and self-enrichment in plain sight. You should be outraged.
Awful. Permanent DST might profit a few special interests, but at the expense of children’s mental and physical well-being. Stop the Sunshine Protection Act! Restore permanent Standard Time!
Dems are doing ok refuting Trump's narrative from his bizarro speech, but - IMO - that's NOT the most important thing they should be doing! Dems REALLY need to focus on forcefully and pointedly presenting the argument that Trump is so erratic, unstable, and so full of falsehood and delusion, that he is NO LONGER ABLE to carry out the duties of the presidency and therefore MUST BE REMOVED from office.
Look at him! Listen to him! To do anything but broach his unfitness and removal is to normalize that. And to normalize Trump, is to normalize psychopathy, FFS!
So say it, Dems. Say it loud. And say it on TV.
It's true, it's 100% accurate, it shows the mettle that Dem and Indie voters want to see, and it needs to be out there now, all day, every day.
Bauernschmidt commanded a nuclear carrier in the Pacific during a tense standoff with China. First woman to do it. Four star admirals vouched for her this year.
Hegseth pulled her anyway. No reason given, to her or anyone else.
Pentagon policy requires one. There isn't one on the record.
Ana Navarro: “We’re in the middle of a war that none of us know when and how it will end. In the middle of this war, you’ve got the Secretary of Defense focused on who’s chubby in the military, who’s got a beard, and now testosterone levels. Why don’t you focus on getting the hell out of Iran and getting us out of a no-win war?”
The most important thing to remember about Trump’s press conference last night is that the war in Iran is still out of control, gas prices are still through the roof, and the administration is still hiding the Epstein files from the American people.
I would like to remind everyone that Robert Mueller was 100% correct: Russia DID help Trump, repeatedly and illegally. His investigation produced 37 indictments, and seven guilty pleas or convictions.
There is only one person committing widespread election fraud: Donald Trump.
THIS IS NOT FAKE. THIS IS REAL.
Canada is burning. Europe is on fire. New York's sky is smoke. The oceans are boiling. The heat is lethal.
If you are still denying climate change you are denying the Earth a future.
Permanent Standard Time is 100% better and there is a better bill providing just that. The Sunshine for our Kids Act sets us to Standard Time with the ability of the individual states to enact laws to go with DST if that is what they prefer.
At the State of the Union, President Trump declared that the only way Democrats could win in the midterms is if they cheat.
Since then, he has attempted to seize ballots, sued 30 states for their voter rolls, dismantled the Election Assistance Commission, and pushed to pass the SAVE Act which would disenfranchise millions of voters across the country.
We cannot allow this type of corruption to become normalized.
