@AntonioEscudero Congrats, been heads down on distribution too. Curious though are these actually moving keyword rankings/organic traffic for you? Tracking the distinction of "good" links has been the rabbit hole I'm in lately.
32 downloads. $0 in revenue. 2 months.
I built this app, launched it on the App Store, and never touched it again. This is the result.
Building and launching is maybe 10% of the work.
The other 90% is everything nobody wants to talk about: Distribution. Retention. Churn. SEO. Marketing. Scaling. Finding product-market fit. Iterating when it's not working. Iterating when it looks ugly. And Iterating again.
Don't listen to tweets saying "indie hacking is the new dropshipping" or "just build X and make Y/day."
The only edge that matters is doing the boring work that most people quit after launch day.

I cut churn by 20% in 3 weeks with a single AI prompt, in 15 minutes.
Before:
User clicks cancel β Stripe billing opens β they're gone.
I was literally holding the door open for them.
After:
User clicks cancel β instead of Stripe, they hit a cancellation flow:
1. Offer to pause their subscription
2. If no β ask why
- Too expensive? β 1 free month
- Competitor is better? β make them type what they like about it (gold dust for product)
- Technical issues? β contact us
3. If still no β 50% off for 3 months
4. If STILL no β open Stripe billing, let them go
Most people never make it past step 2 but the ones who do give you the best feedback you'll ever get.
-20% churn. For free.
