@dannycheng2022 As a Hong Kong resident, I find the house prices here simply stupid. The calculus makes no sense - for the kind of money needed for buying, you could have a much much better standard of living almost anywhere else in the world.

@therealRYC Great post! It's too bad there's never been a truly potent & selective full M1 agonist that could help to show how M1, by far the most prominent subtype in all brain regions, drives efficacy (xanomeline is a decent M1 agonist but only a partial M4 agonist).
@RNAiAnalyst Such associations have been observed before (e.g. Exanta) but the positive predictive values have always been too low for HLA screening to be useful in clinical practice (e.g. 2-4*higher risk).

@therealRYC The lead candidate seems to be xanomeline with a very minor chemical modification. Pharmacology wise looks similar too, the assays can be very fluffy here!
