UK Hospitality urgently needs to be brought in line with the rest of Europe.

We pay 20% VAT.

Belgium 6%
Holland 9%
France 10%
Sweden 10%
Spain 12%
Greece 13%

It would save businesses, jobs and attract investment.

Inflation has surged again.

This time, the ONS has specifically mentioned Pubs, Restaurants and Energy costs.

Energy support falls away next week. We will see many more closures and job losses.

The urgent intervention we need, is to lower VAT.
