You can criticize the Indian healthcare system all you want but the truth is, the speed and relative affordability of essential care here is hard to find elsewhere.

Same-day ultrasounds, quick emergency attention, and timely treatment are common in India.
Abroad, even basic scans can take weeks, ER waits can stretch for hours, and specialist appointments often take months even for issues causing real discomfort.

Yes, there are flaws overcrowding and infrastructure gaps but in terms of accessibility and speed, India’s healthcare system is seriously underrated.

You only realize it when you experience the difference.

ಮೊನ್ನೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ನಮ್ಮೂರಿನ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಿ ಯುವಕರು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ್ ಗಿಡ್ಡ ದನದ ಹಾಲಿನ ಪನೀರ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಸೆಲೆಕ್ಟೆಡ್ ಜನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡ್ತಾರೆ. ತೀರ್ಥಳ್ಳಿ ಇಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ತಂದು ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಮಾಡೋದು ಅಂತೆ. ಕೆಜಿ ಗೆ 2000 ಅಂತೆ. ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು 50 ಕೆಜಿ ಅಷ್ಟು ಹೋಗ್ತಾರೆ ಇದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಾಡಕ್ಟ್ ಅಂತ ಲಾಂಚ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇವಲ ರೆಫರೆನ್ಸ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡೋದು ಅಂತೆ.

ನೆಕ್ಸ್ಟ್ ಗಿಡ್ಡ ಚೀಸ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ಲಾನ್ ಅಂತೇ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 2000 ಕಮ್ಮಿಯೇ. ಯಾಕಂದ್ರೆ ಗಿಡ್ಡ ಹಾಲು ಕರೆಯುವುದೂ ಒಂದು ವಿಶ್ವ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮ. ಕೊಡುವ ಒಂದು ಲೋಟ ಹಾಲಿಗೆ ಮಿಸ್ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸ್ ಲೆವೆಲ್ ಗೆ attitude ಬೇರೆ ಇವಕ್ಕೆ.

High beam is not needed in city where we travel below 60 kmph. Low beam typically reaches about 50 meters which is sufficient distance at city speeds.
High beam is only needed at high speeds on dark highways. Even then, Dip your lights when you see oncoming traffic so you don't blind them!

AVN of hip in early stages can be treated using medicines (real ones) +/- Joint preserving surgeries with excellent results.

But a lot of patients start ayurvedic/homeopathic treatments and come to us with advanced disease where hip replacement is the only option

Ayurveda colleges teach students 5.5 years, the so-called Ayurvedic medicine and surgery (BAMS) only for them to make reels showing treatment of a terrible disease like avascular necrosis (AVN) of the hip by burning the skin of patients using sharp hot rods, while making the other patients sit around and chant religious verses and then making them applaud to this nonsense.

Still want to call these people "Doctors?"

By looking at the mechanism of injury, it seems like a pronation external rotation injury and hope he comes back stronger
