It’s crazy seeing how photographers will frame white women as whole, human subjects, but you can see from their photographs that they only see black women as shapes, colors, and forms. It would be one thing if they treated everyone the same way (which…tbh in fashion photography they probably should be doing this anyways?!) but black women are so OFTEN just reduced to lines and angles and dark vs. light while other women are clearly the actual subject in their photos
