if the product is out of warranty then the part and the engineer would have come the very next day because out of that the company will charge the big price. but here because our product is under warranty period so company is delaying to avoid the expenses.

pathetic service of LG. and very bad behaviour at customer service. In this summer without a fridge survival is very tough.
this is all money minting tactics. (2)

@LGIndia the worst decision is purchasing product of LG. Worst after sale service.
our fridge is under warranty period and within 2 years the compressor becomes out of service. And despite several emails and complaints on customer care. (1)
