@ragiiing_bull Why do you get frightened so much? I stand guarantee that you shall return home safe and that you shall have no trouble anywhere. It is my experience that in this British realm no fakir or householder gets into any trouble.

Some people die with brains full of Alzheimer's plaques yet never showed symptoms in life.
Scientists call the difference cognitive reserve: a brain built up by years of learning, work and connection that keeps finding ways around the damage.
Every new thing you learn adds to the account.
THE WATER IN YOUR BODY IS NOT H2O. IT IS H302.
AND THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING.
Let me say this clearly.
You have been lied to about water.
Not just the fluoride-filled tap water, or the overpriced stuff in plastic bottles, but about the water inside your body.
The water in your cells, your blood, your fascia, your organs. The water you are made of.
They told you it is H20. That is what we all learned in school. That your body is seventy percent water and that water is just a neutral substance that transports things around the body.
But that is not the full story. Not even close.
Inside your body, water does not exist in a basic liquid state. It forms a structured phase. A living, intelligent, electrically charged form known as H302.
This is called exclusion zone water, or EZ water, and it behaves completely differently from standard liquid water.
Professor Gerald Pollack, a bioengineer and scientist at the University of Washington, proved this in his groundbreaking research. He discovered that water next to hydrophilic (water-loving) surfaces, such as the lining of your blood vessels and cells, organises itself into a crystalline structure. It becomes thicker, more viscous, negatively charged, and holds energy.

Charlie Munger sobre cómo mejorar tu vida: "Disciplina personal, moral personal, buenos compañeros, buenas ideas. Todas esas cosas sencillas."
A wonderful life lesson from Charlie Munger:
“Crooks, crazies, egomaniacs, people full of resentment, people full of self-pity, people who feel like victims … avoid them like the plague.”
In 1974, Helsinki researchers took 1,222 healthy businessmen with heart risk factors and split them in two. Half were left alone. The other 600 got the full prevention playbook of the era.
For five years, a checkup every few months. Intensive heart-healthy diet counseling, cut the fat. Plus the cholesterol and blood pressure drugs of the day. Everything medicine believed in, done aggressively. And on paper, it worked beautifully. By the end, the treated men had cut their heart risk scores by 46 percent.
Then the researchers kept counting, for years after the program ended. By the 15-year mark, published in JAMA, the treated group had more deaths, not fewer. 67 against 46. More than double the cardiac deaths.
Here is the lesson that outlived the study. They optimized every number on the chart. Cholesterol, blood pressure, risk score. And the men whose charts looked best did not live longer.
Chasing the number is not the same as chasing health.

Swami Vivekananda emphasized the importance of Pratyahara, the practice of controlling and withdrawing the senses.
Our senses constantly pull the mind outward towards what we see, hear, taste, touch and desire.
When we learn to control the senses, the mind gradually becomes calmer and more focused.
Control the senses and you begin to control the mind. Control the mind and you begin to take charge of your life.

There's an old African proverb:
Every morning, a gazelle wakes up knowing it must run faster than the lion, or it will die.
Every morning, a lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter if you're the lion or the gazelle.
When the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
Life doesn't reward those who sit idle. Whether you're chasing a dream or fighting to survive, motion is non-negotiable.
Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Stop waiting for permission. The sun is up. Start running.
Responding immediately with sarcasm likely signals a healthy, high-functioning brain because it demands rapid, sophisticated cognitive processing.
Sarcasm requires instantly grasping context, detecting irony, and crafting a cleverly inverted response that conveys the opposite of literal meaning while preserving humor or critique.
This involves lightning-fast integration of language centers, emotional intelligence, and theory of mind—understanding how others will interpret the remark.
Such quick wit reflects strong executive function in the prefrontal cortex, excellent working memory to hold multiple layers of meaning, and cognitive flexibility to pivot from straightforward thought to playful subversion.
It also indicates robust social awareness and emotional regulation, as effective sarcasm lands without unintended harm.
Slower or absent sarcastic ability can stem from fatigue, stress, neurological conditions like certain brain injuries, depression, or cognitive decline that blunt processing speed and creativity.
An immediate sarcastic reply shows the brain is alert, pattern-recognizing, and confidently playful—hallmarks of neural health and resilience. It demonstrates the mind isn't laboring under heavy cognitive load but instead cruising efficiently, turning potential tension into levity.
In evolutionary terms, this verbal agility may have signaled intelligence and adaptability, traits still valued today. Thus, effortless sarcasm serves as a subtle biomarker of mental sharpness and overall brain vitality.
