India has ~1.5B people. In a country that competitive, the bar to stand out is naturally extremely high. That means the pool of exceptional engineers is enormous, and the very best will inevitably get priority in global hiring.

Timmy can’t be mad that great engineers got hired over him. Be mad at the education system that failed to make him competitive. Not defending either side, just pointing out the reality. Can’t believe this is a debate 🤷‍♂️
