@LNER I’m meant to be travelling on the 9am London Kings Cross to Berwick upon tweed on 24/12 but I can’t see this service on the provisional timetable on your website. Is it cancelled? If I try to change my booking it shows me as having to pay extra.

@LNER I’m aware of the industrial action, it’s just the provisional timetable released today doesn’t show my train but my booking info doesn’t say it’s been cancelled. I’m disabled and will need a seat if I have to travel on an alternate service (I can travel the day before if need be)
