Cluster Arrows vs. Testudo is literally the worst match-up possible.
Firing Cluster Arrows at a Testudo formation is like throwing gravel at a roof. Swap to armor-piercing, flank the side, or save your ammo. Stop giving the Legion target practice. 🎯
