F/A rainbow six player for @VyalieP

I wanted to make this post right away, but we were waiting for a response from direct support, so I held it off. However, everything is moving too slowly, and we still haven't heard back.
The reason for the ban of these 2 people is the rule that the account must be in good standing, but both of their accounts were hacked and cheats were used on them. Despite numerous messages, Ubisoft Support hasn't responded to either of them.

I've hidden the emails because I don't know how the hack occurred.

First player was in the army and in theory couldn't have done anything during the hack because in our countries even using a phone is not allowed. I'll attach some evidence in screenshots 1–2.

Second player received spam emails and some Xbox account was linked to theirs. After that, a cheater logged into the account and played 2 matches. Even based on the server where these matches were played, it's clear that it was another person. Screenshots 3–4.

We can provide all the evidence computer checks and IP logs to prove that the account was hacked and that a cheater played on it.

I'm asking everyone who has any connection to Ubisoft to help us

@NikkeSTV You don't care about this anyway. Keep pretending it's not true. People always look for the fault in others first when they fail, and it will always be that way. His account was stolen too you could have figured that out yourself by checking his wierd games on asia

I got a two-year ban because, while I was away doing my mandatory military service, some idiot stole my account and used cheats on it and Ubisoft couldn't give a damn.

So actually we will play LCQ with at least 3 EUL teams + 4 more teams from quals(most likely also EU teams)

And we have to compete against them without salary, bootcamps and any kind of support because no one is interested in signing us because all we can play this year is LCQ
